we offer the following types of martial arts:
- Wing Chun, Meaning "Beautiful Spring Time" is a Highly Effective Martial Art / Self Defence System that Originated in China. Wing Chun was Devised by a Woman therefore examplifying "technique beats strength" Wing Chun uses deflections, footwork and strikes to counter any attack an attacker might throw at us.
- San Shou, The rules of San Shou allow for a wide array of techniques such as punching, kicking, takedowns and throws derived from the traditional application of the many Chinese martial arts. The submission techniques typical of modern Mixed Martial Arts are excluded from the official San Shou rules. i.e. Chokes, Arm or Leg locks etc are not permitted.
- Muay Thai, which is the National kick boxing sport of Thailand is a fine example of a Martial Art that combines both technique and ultimum fitness, A practitioner of Muay Thai uses very powerful strikes such as punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Cardio fitness is gained by heavy bag / target pad sessions and circuit training, this Martial Art is the ultimate stress buster along with fitness and flexibility.
- Western Boxing,These Cardio Classes are a great way to burn off that excessive weight, improve cardio, tone up them muscles and Learn The "Art" of Boxing. Utilising all of the Equipement in the gym such as punch bags, hand & leg weights, focus pads and cardio equipement this class will have you de stressed in no time at all
- Ju Jitsu, which means "Gentle Art" is a Japanese martial art involving a wide range of throws, joint locks, and takedowns. Ju Jitsu does not focus on punches and kicks (even though they are learnt) but rather on how to deflect the impact of punches and kicks. We supplement these practical self defence techniques with overall endurance and flexibility training.
- Kids Muay Thai, sessions are available to all children from 6 years to 11 years old, these valuable lessons are made up of highly effective anti-bullying techniques, cardio fitness training and traditional Muay Thai techniques (to improve concentraton) These classes are a must for any child who encounters a threat from bullying, has concentration / discipline issues or who just need to burn off some energy.

- Self Protection / Combative Workshops / Control & Restraint. These Workshops Are Designed to be A very Fast Way to Learn How To Avoid, Confront and Deal With LIVE SITUATIONS if needed, Taught by Highly Skilled and Professional Instructors Who have Extensive REAL Experience of when it goes WRONG, these workshops are a must for anyone who wishes to deal with Dangers Of the REAL WORLD!

- M.M.A, stands for "MIxed Martial Art" this system is based On Muay Thai, Ju Jitsu, Wing Chun, Boxing And Western Submission Wrestling. In this class you will learn to strike with every bodily weapon, throw, sweep, lock and pin! This is the ulimate Self Defence / Protection Art, Competition practitioners always welcome.
